The Programme


Our global engineering internship programme has been designed for penultimate year undergraduate students. You will spend 12 weeks gaining hands-on experience within our engineering department. Your day to day tasks will vary and you’ll receive support from a number of skilled professionals within the business, all committed to helping you to deliver your best.


We have an intern opportunity in our Turbo Gas Seals department, our intern will work with senior application engineers to perform seal selections, as well as completing basic seal layout drawings and modifications for customers. The intern will also address customer questions and prepare engineering responses to issues cropping up in the field. Depending on the candidate there may be scope for FEA modeling and advanced engineering calculations as well.

All of the projects you work on will support a real business need, with a direct link to our products and customers.


About you

·        On target for minimum 2:1 in Mechanical Engineering

·        Numerate and with a strong grasp of engineering fundamentals

·        Committed and able to work in a changing environment

·        Strong social and relationship skills

·        Ability to express ideas and communicate effectively

·        Strong desire to work across a global business
